We are a young and vibrant company providing a consulting service on all aspects of zoo, wildife, and exotic pet species health and husbandry. We have experience ranging from the post-mortem examinations of elephants, to the investigation of population dynamics and disease in endangered Partula species Polynesian tree snails; from surgery on snakes to reproductive disease in Komodo dragons; from health management in groups of captive falcons, to endoscopy of swans; from captive penguin nutrition to the rehabilitation of wild seals; from pioneering minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical techniques in numerous species, to investigating congenital cardiac abnormalities in captive lions. We have consultants with special interests in non-mammalian species. We also have consultants with specific discipline skills in Diagnostic Pathology, Minimally Invasive (Laparoscopic) Surgery, Cardiology, Haematology, Clinical Pathology, and other diagnostic modalities. Our consultants have taught at Universities and Zoological Societies and presented at numerous International Conferences. We have been involved in performing many research projects, and supervising post-graduate research, with consultants with particular interests in Epidemiology and Statistical analysis. We have experience with projects in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America, having worked with free ranging wildlife, as well as captive breeding programs, rehabilitation centres, and zoos. We consult for numerous zoos and veterinary diagnostic laboratories, and are involved with television work for several production companies.
