The Director has experience in Conservation Medicine having been a Veterinary Surgeon at Edinburgh Zoo, the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS), as well as as the Veterinary Pathologist at the Zoological Society of London's (ZSL) London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo.

The company has been involved in Conservation work in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America.

Zoological Medicine Ltd currently prform specialist interventions such as keyhole surgery and cardiology in a number of Zoological Collections in Europe.
